 As a global organization with legal entities in 69 different countries and over 105,000 employees, Atos recognizes the importance of data privacy for our customers and employees alike. We understand that by allowing us to process your data we must be vigilant in our security and data privacy practices. Atos will adhere to its internal policies, procedures, and Binding Corporate Rules while continuing to stay up to date on the latest privacy laws worldwide. 

Our Privacy Notice informs you about Atos’s privacy practices and of the choices you can make regarding the processing of your data, and how to exercise your rights in relation to your personal data. This Privacy Notice applies to all Atos Entities Globally and its affiliates. Atos may provide additional data privacy notices to applicable laws for specific territories and regions. Those privacy policies can be found on country-specific pages and are to be read in conjunction with this privacy notice. 

Atos’s privacy notice does not apply to any personal data we process on behalf of our clients. The data processing contracts that we have with our clients dictate how we are to process your personal data on our clients’ behalf. If you are a customer or employee of one of Atos’s clients and have questions or concerns pertaining to the processing of your personal data, we recommend that you contract them directly. This Privacy Policy is designed to communicate our practices in terms of the collection, use and disclosure of information that you can provide via this site. What is Personal Data?

Atos is a worldwide organization. Therefore, please consider that we have distinct legal entities, country affiliates and subsidiaries in many parts of the world. Purpose of processing

Unless stated otherwise, we may use the information collected on this site to improve the content of our site, customize the site to your preferences, communicate information to you (if you have them requested), dealing with your enquiries and requests, and administering accounts relating to Atos and the Atos EURO 2024 Ticket Program. In addition, we can make full use of all information acquired through this site that is not in the form of personal information. 

If you provide personal information to this site, we may combine such information with other actively collected information, unless otherwise specified at the time of collection.  

Who can access your personal data? 

We may disclose personal information you provide on this site to other iLUKA operating companies worldwide in connection with the Atos EURO 2024 Ticket Program services that are being provided to Atos. In those instances, iLUKA agrees to treat it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and use it for the same purposes. We may also disclose the personal information you provide via this site to third parties other than the iLUKA operating companies or to respond to requests from law enforcement or where required by applicable laws, court orders or government regulations. Including only: 

1. contractors we use to support our business (such as fulfilment services, technical support, delivery services and financial institutions), and in this case, we will require such third parties to agree to process your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy; 

2. contractors or service providers we use to deliver the Atos EURO 2024 Ticket Program (such as UEFA);

3. in relation to the sale, lease or other transfer of the business of this site to which the information relates, in which case we will require such buyer to agree to process your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and use it for the same purpose as we do; 

4. Atos and UEFA.

The collection, use, and disclosure of information contemplated in this Privacy Policy may involve a transfer of the information to jurisdictions located outside your country of residence that may not have equivalent laws and rules regarding personal information. Atos will make sure that in all these cases, all measures necessary under the applicable law will be implemented.  

Retention Period  

Personal data will be retained no longer than 4 months from the date of termination of the Atos EURO 2024 Ticket Program, unless applicable laws and regulations require otherwise.

Atos Cookies We intend to ensure that you enjoy your experience on our website. For this reason, when visiting our Atos website, cookies are installed on the computer. 

When surfing on Atos website(s), data logs of your surfing activity may be collected with the purpose of understanding aggregate usage of features and pages and the purpose of contacting and conducting real time chats with our support professionals. For this very purpose we use Matomo and Marketo. 

In order to optimize the atos.net website for future usage, we use the web analysis tool Matomo on premise. This enables us the analysis of your usage of the atos.net website. It is not possible to attribute the hereby collected data to any distinct person. The noted IP-address is anonymized immediately. After temporarily securing the shortened IP-address for the purpose of analysis of user behaviour it will be deleted completely. Without this data, we would not be able to provide you the service we are currently offering to you. Your data will be used only to improve the user experience on our website and help you find the information you are looking for. 

Purpose of the Cookies Please note that these settings are only valid for the pages created and owned by Atos. When we imbed a link to external websites and that you click on these links you leave our website and therefore the settings and policy applying to our website no longer applies. Operator of the Site 

This site belongs to The iLUKA Collective Limited, trading as iLUKA (“iLUKA”). iLUKA acts as a service provider and data processor for its client, Atos. Atos acts as a data controller of the personal data collected from the site. Any reference to Atos includes its affiliates and group companies.  

When destroying personal information, iLUKA will take commercially reasonable and technically possible measures to make the personal information irrecoverable or irreproducible as follows: 

1. Electronic files which contain personal information will permanently be deleted using a technical method which makes the files irrecoverable; and 

2. Any other records, print-outs, documents or any other recording media will be shredded or incinerated.
